ANTI-ASIAN RACISM STATEMENT OF SOLIDARITY
As anxiety and fear of COVID-19 spread, so has the surge of racist and xenophobic actions targeting Asian, Asian-American, and Asian Pacific Islander staff, students, and families. Please read this statement of solidarity by MPS staff. The statement argues for a clear stance against anti-Asian racism & xenophobia by the MPS community. It also includes resources for community members and educators who want to stand against anti-Asian violence & racism and for Asian and Asian-American students and families directly impacted by racism incited by COVID-19.
