Read what Erika L. Binger, Board Chair for the The McKnight Foundation has to say about this special program.

"Arts for Academic Achievement provides more than music, dance, writing, and other arts opportunities to urban students in the Minneapolis Public Schools. The program illustrates the true power of those experiences in shaping the way we see and understand the world. With an emphasis on research, the program documents the many positive effects that arts-infused learning has on young people, academically, personally, and socially. Each of us could profit from such seamless integration of arts in our everyday lives."
